Conflict.

It is a conflict of sorts.
Left vrs right
Black vrs white
Right vrs wrong.
We always seem to be at odds
with ourselves or someone
or something.

More times than not
It is with ourselves.
How do we make
the decisions we make?
How can we make
the right decisions?

I am usually at odds
with myself....and I feel
I am not alone
.

Not alone.

But are you with me?
or against.
then in that case,
I would be at odds
with you.

...And Lord knows
I don't need to piss off
anymore people.
.........

.

:

------------ Thank You.

.

.We are all individuals
with our own agendas

They say; "variety is the spice of life,"
but it is also a source
of conflict
amoung couples
families
neighbors
countries

We just can't seem to get along.

--------Can we?

The reason I can't get along with everyone else is that I'm so much better than them in every way.

My mind has its own battle going constantly, so I keep going to what feels right when I listen to that, really listen, I alway feel in the end that I have made the right decision, it is when I allow my brain to enter the fray that I become static. ~sigh~

cherry,
very impressed
with the "new" cherry.

gyrobo,
I was asked by a shrink once,
"Do you think your smarter
than everyone else?" and I said
"Yes" and he replied,
"Then we have much work to do."
but I never went back.
I like my reality.

Hey sassy girl,
Yes, you are in my book.

Sunny,
It's those fucking little
Jungian voices in the head,
the battle between good & bad
that torment us till we make a
decision we can live with.

Hey nowhere girl,
Thought I lost you...so many friends have been left
by the wayside. You are a
breath of fresh air around here.

Talk of lost buddies- Lady Muck-
where you been??? I stopped visiting you, I thought you didn't like me anymore. Now, I'm happy.
you sweet thing!

I remember bieng a kid and my mom was guiding me through some kind of decision that I felt was monumental at the time. I became flustered, because the "right" decision wasn't making itself obvious. I asked her how I could know which way to go.

Without hiding a bit of her frustration at me, she said "Look, you take the information you have, you make a decision, and you live with it. Good, bad, right, wrong, you MAKE A DECISION, and then deal with the outcome."

I know she probably had no idea the impact that little burst of lecture would have on me. To this day, I give myself that talk when I'm stuck and I am able to move on.

You said it! It is amazing how conflict is a huge part of eveyday. With ourselves, with each other, with that damn dog that keeps leaving his No. 2 at my front gate...

Zooom,
I think the hardest thing to learn to do is to stand by your decisions once you make them.
When I was an employer, I always told my employees to
"Be responsible" and that means
not to blame anyone for your decision if it goes bad and handle the outcome. On the other hand, "shine" if it a good one.

Katy,
Poor dear, come here...let me massage your temples.

Wendy,
They say working out conflict is the only way we grow and learn.

Sorry Ice,
and we know how fragile our brains can be. Thx mate.

LMAO @ gyrobo's comment!!! BRILLIANT! :-D

I said all the words really fast. LOL. I think that's because I can block out whatever I need to. There can be 30 poeple in a room with me. I can stare at them all & only focus on who I wish to speak to...the others just fade into the corners.
Hahaha...I guess that's why I'm not one of those obsessive house cleaning freaks!

As for conflict...I am CERTAINLY my own WORST critic.

Life, just a like a good movie, must have it's antagonist and protagonist. There will always be conflict...it's how we resolve them that's key. It's weird I posted my "spice of life" post before I saw this. Mind meld...

Conflict and the sources are always interesting. Conflict with oneself. Conflict with yourself. Often the conflict is not even identified.

Blogger BETA sucks... At least it can't backtrack when things go wrong.

Forgive me Poly... Maybe you understand my current rant. You of the no email variety!

Jin,
Talent- that's what it's called.
...and intelligence.
...and aren't we all our worse enemies?

Morb,
Yes you can!

Jlee,
Read your "Spice of Life", and very coincidentally appropriate.

Tracy,
So true, You must first identify
your enemy in order to conquer it.

Yea, Devil-
Somehow I fucked up my Avitar Profile and can't get it back.
Now I'm in the "Lost" zone.

Star-
What did you do to my blog???
Next I'm going to wearing long baggy jeans, sweatshirts with urban
logo's and baseball hats to the side. Thanks...Real funny!!!
