Polyman2's 10 2006 Dream Resolutions or (at this age it's no fun being good) or (How to go to hell in a handbag)

1) Drink to excess.

2) Eat whatever, whenever I please.

3) Indulge in all the sins of the flesh.

4) Enjoy a good cigar at will.

5) Enjoy a good spliff at will.

6) View obsene and otherwise objectionial material often.

7) Listen to whatever-the-hell music I choose to at the moment.

8) The same goes with TV, in the likelihood that something in that vast electronic wasteland would ever catch my attention.

9) Have less patience with nitt witts, in a kind way of course.

10) Engage in serious dialogue with those of like mind and similar high IQ's.

Thank You Theresa,

LOL, I gave up completely even trying to make any kind of resolutions. Screw the new year anyhow, it is just another couple of days.... Damn, I'm being all depressing and shit I'm usually more chipper. I just don't understand all the huh-bub about new years....

It's definitly more
a state of mind;
I think people screw up
so much in a years time
that they look to the "new year"
to wipe the slate clean
and start again...
but to no avail.

and I've been down so God Damn long,
that it looks like up to me...

Thanks, Sweets!
I'm very glad I wasn't on your mind for #9 ... although I definitely have my moments.

That makes two of us.
I especially have
no patience for past
mistakes and
bad decisions I've made.
But I regret nothing;
for to regret one thing
is to open the floodgates to
regretting everything.
...and after all
aren't we a product
of the sum of all
our own life experiences-
good and bad?
